This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words "you" and "your" we mean the following types of customers:

The Confidentiality, Security and Integrity of Your Nonpublic Personal Information
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

The Information That We Collect

The mobile banking app may collect personal information from you or your financial institution, such as your first and last name, address, e-mail, User IDs, telephone number, and social security number when you create an account and use. In addition the app may access and collect your location. This information could include your address or contacts (e.g. to make P2P (peer to peer) payments using Zelle or other payments functionality). We will collect the financial and transaction information necessary to provide you with the Services, including account numbers, payment card expiration date, payment card identification, verification numbers, and transaction and payment history.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as authorized by law.

Nonpublic Personal Information and Non-affiliated Third Parties
Since we value our customer relationship with you, we will not discuss your nonpublic personal information to non-affiliated third parties, except as permitted by law.
Nonpublic Personal Information and Former Customers. We do not discuss nonpublic information about former customers.
Notify Us of Inaccurate Information We Report To Consumer Reporting Agencies. Please notify us if we report any inaccurate information about your account(s) to a consumer reporting agency. Your written notice describing the specific inaccuracy(ies) should be sent to us at the following address:
